The Link Between Weight Loss And Testosterone
We all think of testosterone as the key male sex hormone. That description however, really undermines its value to both men and women.
Aside from its sexual benefits, it also controls our weight loss and body fat.
It belongs to a group of hormones known as androgens, otherwise referred to as anabolic steroids. In men its made largely in the testes, with a small amount being made in the adrenal glands.
In women its made in the ovaries and the adrenal glands, however the levels made in female body are far less then in men.

What Makes Testosterone So Important
Testosterone plays a part in almost every ‘male’ bodily function. From our deeper voices and body hair growth, to our muscularity, strength and of course sex drive and fertility.
